  • All flies were ultimately killed by the infecting pathogen. Wild type, resistant, or sensitive refer to changes in survival relative to wild-type flies. Flies were injected with 50 nl S. typhimurium (OD600 = 0.1) or L. monocytogenes (OD600 = 0.01) and incubated at 29°. Significance was determined by log-rank test. n = 30 flies.
