  • Simulations of known mutants (most left side) lead to mutant phenotypes (most right side) except in the case of single Dl or Ser clones. A mutant phenotype in the simulation is assessed through the presence or not of the wild-type stable state (underlined). In the middle of the table, the stable states (with active genes) reached by each mutant simulation are shown. These in silico phenotypes agree with experimental observations (see text).
