  • b The difference between the number of loci and the number of probes mapped in a particular chromosome was used to estimate the level of intrachromosome duplications. The χ2 test was used to detect the probability of a departure from a hypothetically expected 1:1:1 ratio (even distribution) among the three chromosomes.
