• The time t since the fixation of the beneficial mutation is scaled in units of 4N generations, where N is the effective population size, ρ is the population recombination rate for the neutral locus, and s is the selection coefficient of the favored allele. The sample size is 50 and the population mutation rate at the neutral locus, θ, is 5. A total of 104 simulations were run for each set of parameters.
