  • For each Ttd line, four sister plants have been used as pollinators of WT plants (Ws and Col0 ecotypes) and male-sterile plants (ms, Columbia ecotype). Percentage of T-DNA transmission has been calculated for each sister plant as 100 × KanR/(KanR + KanS). Mean values of these percentages are reported (underlined), as well as the lowest and highest values of transmission rate obtained. Total numbers of plantlets scored are indicated in parentheses.
