The left column refers to the chromosome in which the considered QTL is. The next column refers to the nearest left flanking marker of the QTL in the chromosome. θL (θR) is the recombination fraction between the QTL position and the left (right) flanking marker. distanceL gives the distance (in Morgans) between the left flanking marker and the QTL position, converted from θL by using Haldane's map function.
