About the Cover
The MYST domain of Esa1-E338Q bound by acetyl-CoA. A molecular model was created using PyMOL (DeLano Scientific, Palo Alto, CA; http://www.pymol.org) from the crystal coordinates of YAN et al. 2002 (Nat. Struct. Biol. 9: 862–869) (PDB data file 1MJB.pdb). The background is a tile of spore colonies showing 2:2 segregation of viable esa1-E338Q cells (concept and image created by M. Mitchell Smith).
