About the Cover
Cellular distribution of tRNAGlu-D within “wild-type” heterokaryon cells grown at 23° in fresh SC (row 1), SC–Pi for 1 hr (rows 2 and 3), SC–Pi for 2 hr (row 4) and of “88Δ” heterokaryons (row 5) as determined by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Inorganic phosphate deprivation causes transient, temperature-dependent nuclear accumulation of mature tRNA via retrograde transport. See HURTO et al. (pp. 841–852) for details.
